If the one guy stopped working after rebuilding his machine and can work
from another machine it is possible the machine account is disturbed
somehow.  Might be worth a shot to resign the machine fromt the domain,
reboot, and attempt to rejoin the domain.

Is this a mixed-mode or pure-AD domain?
