[KLUG Members] Slightly off topic

I wish.. but have no control in that area.. brand new Win2K3 server with
Exchange 2003.. so I doubt my boss would think kindly of that suggestion.
(especially since I have suggested that for the past 3 years)

I know this is a little off topic and I am sorry but does anyone know of a
good resource on M$ Exchange. I have been thrown to the wolves.. our normal
network admin who set up the server is on vacation for 2 weeks and I have 2
users that can not send or recieve e-mail. They are in the same department
and we can ping the mail server and get a reply but it times out when we try
to telnet. I am on hold with M$ support but I could be on hold all day so
was wondering if someone out there may have a suggestion or atleast a
possible resource?
