M$-Exchange does a GREAT deal more than just e-mail.  And it's e-mail
feature set is virtually unmatched; Cyrus and Domino bieng the only real
contenders.  Theres a reason Exchange has managed to eat up so much
marketshare.

Of course even qmail will refuse to process mail for a user over their
quota, with an expired password, etc... :)

The real question is whether rebooting the server will fix the problem?
