But how can it update the time on a WinY2k box without administrator privilages?
 I have the same problem as Peter,  "net time" is in the login scripts and
points at our Samba server which is a stratum 2 NTP server.  I've sought a way
to resolve this (have net time run before login as admin, etc..) but as usuall
the M$ docs don't offer much enlightenment about such things.
