I'll check and verify "D4" works with just a "normal" user login.

Gee, let me drag out my older the hell notes someplace in my head from
1998........................

Oh, ok, aahh, I remember creating a DOS batch job that ran as a SYSTEM
service.  I think it ran at boot time, and then "sleep 28800" (8 hours).
