v.92 modems

AFAIK, v.92 is just a new compression technology, which has to be
supported on both ends (which it woold be in this case). Still can't go
over 53K on a dialup. Broadband? Nope. No already compressed stuff will
move any faster than that. No broadband streaming movies.
