Here's a problem I'VE been having with it: With previous managers, I
used to be able to navigate down the program menu, right-click on a
selection and select 'properties' to find out what it calls up. This is
how I picked up on 'neat' and a couple other programs. THIS one doesn't
seem to want to let me do that, which means I can't find out why 'System
Settings' -> 'Packages' fails.

I can edit the icons on the panel, but the only options I get when I
right-click that red hat are 'Help', 'Remove From Panel' and 'Move'.
Neither this icon nor any of the submenus or selections seems to want to
let me edit them. I really wish they hadn't pulled that option. At LEAST
they could have included it and just asked for the root password when
the user selected it.

Okay, I DO see a 'put into run dialog' option that lets me at least SEE
what the selection does. I still don't like this setup, but at least I
can see the command I need to investigate. If anyone has any idea how to
get that editing option back, I would still love to know.
