[KLUG Members] Sendmail, Majordomo, and Redhat 8

I'm still having trouble with this.
I setup Masquerading and I still get localhost.localdomain
I changed the line in sendmail.mc to have myhostname.mydomain instead of localhost.localdomain,
ran m4 and it still says localhost.localdomain!

I'm completely at a loss!

I also noticed when I telnet to port 25 it says localhost.localdomain
this is set in the sendmail.cf file using the $j macro. The $j macro should return myhostname.mydomain
So I'm thinking it could be something outside sendmail. I've checked my hostname, hosts, dns zone files and everything looks good.
When I login to a shell I have the correct hostname for my prompt and the hostname environment variable is set correctly.
