>Does BSware use xfs?

No. Once upon a time when the world was young and greener there was such
a thing as BSware-Pro that did support XFS, got us hooked. Then the
ruthless corporation, eh... I mean Bruce, yanked the product off the
market, oh... I mean web site.

But you can get XFS RPM "RedHat-ish" kernel RPMs at
http://oss.sgi.com/projects/xfs/1.2_release.html

Then install all the boring stuff on ext3, install the XFS kernels, and
create the paritions where you'll actually keep data as XFS filesystems.
Adds about 5 minutes to the install process.

And you can then use things like Samba with ACL support enabled!!!
Shocking, I know. Given how much Linux people are rev'd about security
and all that.

But XFS is in 2.6, so when that comes out it will be "stock".
