The other side is I do believe is doing spam filtering through the firewall but
I am being told that if you are block due to this filter the sender will get a
notification. Which did not happen.

My side is not doing any spam filtering. Unless there is some obscure default
setting.

Is there somewhere that you can check if a domain has been black listed?

Thanks
