Mmmm, what version of Squid is your ipCop box using?

I assume all the Laptops are running Windows?  All the same version of
IE?  Can you try with a copy of Mozilla or really old version of IE? 
This may have to do with some Microsoft WebDAV extensions that newer
versions of IE enable what speaking with some sites.  These WebDAV
extensions usually produce malformed URL messages in the Squid logs when
using 2.4.  With 2.5 these sites works just dandy.
