If your Windows apps will run happily in 128Mb of RAM your shouldn't have
a problem. RAM is really the key (and adding more is cheap).

I've run VMware on a dual-300w256Mb and a single 128Mb NT4 instance was
quite usable for regular stuff like IE & Office.

With my 2Ghz/1Gb laptop I can run RedHat/Ximian Desktop hosting a Windows
2003 advanced server Beta instance, a RedHat 9/Samba3.0 instance, and a
Windows NT4 instance all at the same time without any problems at all.
