I think that when businesses are failing (SCO) in their market it is 
easier to find fault in the entity threatening you, exploit this fault, 
and destroy them in all aspects; than it is to make the execs work for 
less money, spend less on packaging their product, offer the customer 
the ability to completely customize the $800 service to fit their needs, 
  and understand business 101 rule #1 of operating a business successfully:

Competition is absolutley imparative to running a successful business.
