[KLUG Members] duplex setting on an ethernet card?

Does anyone know of a way to tell the current duplex setting on an
ethernet card in Linux?  Is there something in /proc that might let me
know?  I know certain cards show it upon reboot (or dmesg if the machine
hasn't been up for too long), but not 3com 3c590s.  I also would hate to
have to reboot boxes to find out and lose my good uptime. ;)

Yeah, I know I could look at the switch and see what auto-detect says, but
the switch is set to be 100mb full duplex and yet still some machines are
reporting 1/2 duplex settings.
