[KLUG Members] Open source choices by governments: Brazil, Israel

Well is has been a few months since I came to a meeting.  I guess I 
should start.  I just have a hard time understanding things because I 
don't feel I have a firm grasp on a lot of the concepts (bad 
Windows!!!).   At any rate, is there anyone willing to tutor someone 
like myself in Linux?  I am a faster hands-on learner than a read and 
apply in most cases.  The ultimate goal is to pass the Linux+ for 
starters, then who knows...
