What are the differences between LOCAL_RELAY and SMART_HOST?

I wasn't aware that thread info was anything more than the subject. Sorry about that. I've been doing that for a long time!

Yes, you can easily add a LOCAL_RELAY and/or SMART_HOST in your m4 file.

Side note: When starting a new thread, please send a new email. Do not
reply to a different thread and change the subject line. It screws up
displaying of threads in mail clients.
