Without a routing protocol feed from the ISP(s) this could be really
tough.  The fact that one connection is via a toy Operating System makes
it even harder.  You might be able to hack together something with
iptables for certain sites, but the need to keep a TCP connection on a
given feed for its life-time is the real big obstable.

Have you considered SBC business class DSL?
