I've seen some ip route examples, and rather complex ones, at that, that
do this. Whether WinProxy, or other Win32 net utilities, will work with
them is another question. Search the tldp.org howtos and the lartc.org
website for info.

And by the way....

WHEN did Congress declare National Linux Routing Month without it
appearing on Slashdot?! And why didn't anybody warn me?! AIEE!
