[KLUG Members] voice and T1

Hello, all. I have another odd question. We're investigating ISP/Voice
solutions for CARES, where email is important, but voice is more so. At
what level of use would VoIP and a T1 make sense (or, how much should
you be spending before you decide to go VoIP/T1)? And, assuming your
provider isn't a losing outfit, how's the quality?

We'll probably just go with SDSL and our current voice service, but I
felt I should lay out all the choices before I recommend one.
