[KLUG Members] switches vs. hubs

I'm having trouble getting DHCP to go through a second switch.

I have a DHCP server on a first switch, the two switches are connected.

Machines on the second switch can't get an IP address.

However, if I swap the second switch with a hub (a wireless hub, with 
DHCP disabled, actually), I can get IP addresses no problem.

Easy solution, replace the switch.  Already done that, twice.  Is there 
some sort of difference as far as DHCP between hubs and switches that 
I'm overlooking?
