In regards to "getting x running with wine", I just do not have the
time for that.  I need to be productive and stable.  I find that this
is not true with wine.  The whole emulation thing, I think, is
mis-guided.  This does not include VMWare because that is a vastly
different environment than wine. To bad VMWare does not work with OS
X. :(
