RH uses UW-IMAP, which ***S*U*C*K*S***.  Welcome to the world of real
IMAP servers.

You mean you can send from pine?  If you can see your mail then
something is screwed up.  With Cyrus you can ONLY access your mail via
IMAP or POP3, there is NO CONCEPT WHATSOEVER of a "local" client;  there
is no /var/spool/mail or other such disasterous concept.

Cyrus authenticates via SASL?  Do you have SASL setup or saslauthd to
use whatever authentication repository you use (files, NIS, LDAP,
Hesoid, Kerberso, etc...)?
