There is a /var/spool/mail dir. This is where postfix drops the mail.
I can send and receive using pine.

When I installed SuSE I selected IMAP and POP3 which is Cyrus. I edited 
xinetd.d/imap and configured them to start restarted xinetd.

Where do I learn about configuring the SASL stuff. That is a big black 
spot in my knowledge right now.
