Advantage. Yes, that's what I'd call it. We will be able to make it work for us. Without getting into to many details, I want everyone that takes our little training to come out of it able to take the LPI with confidence.

That's the broad goal. I'm not going to get bogged down in specifics until we can get commitments from enough people to take the training to make it happen. Once we have enough people I have no doubt we'll be able to find instructors.
