Clarification... I didn't so much intend KLUG would do the implementation, more
that we could try to educate our elected officials. Lobby group so to speak.
Research other .gov implementation successes and present them a list of similar
successes, make introductions where we could, etc...

And I'll volunteer to assist with that much! ;-)
