Not a problem, All of this gear is available.

Nothing, in principle. Anyone interested in this will have to take some 
classes at the CAC in order to be certified in the use of their hardware,
at a nominal charge, and then the nessesary equipment can be borrowed.

I can tell you EXACTLY how to go about this at the Kalamazoo CAC; e-mail me 
privately. The CAC is now located downtown, at the EPIC center, and has 
some excellent facilities and far more room than it had the last time KLUG
tried to produce anything.

It's a good idea, but ought not, in my view, drive the training and
certification program itself.
