[KLUG Members] Quanta Plus and Gnome

Quanta Plus rocks.  It is one of the editors that I use (in Winblows
I use AceHTML).  I think as far as Gnome is concerned, I think it
would be an issue of having the KDE (QT I think) libraries loaded.
