[KLUG Members] OpenOffice won't load

I'm getting this error message when OO.o fails to load:

"OpenOffice.org cannot be started due to an error in accessing the
OpenOffice.org configuration data.

...

The following internal error has occurred: GetStorage, name:"No
Content!"

What should I do? Can I fix this or would it be better to uninstall OO
and reinstall it?

The following files packages are installed, according to the Mandrake
configurator:

OpenOffice.org-1.1-11mdk
OpenOffice.org-help-en-1.1-11mdk
OpenOffice.org-l10n-en-1.1-11mdk [I think it's a lowercase 'L' before
the 10,but it could be a |?]
OpenOffice.org-libs-1.1-11mdk.
