Yes no response is good, it only lists file that have been changed since
the install.  Your OO install appears to be OK.

I have an "OpenOffice.org1.1" _directory_ under my home directory, FWIW.

Look around in your home directory and underneath.  Locate any file or
directory that could have something to do with OO and rename it to see
if that makes any difference.  If it makes no difference, then rename it
back to the original file/directory name.

Files/directories that contain "openoffice" obviously, also "soffice"
(it may still use some old Star Office names).  If you're not sure, try
it anyway.

If you can make OO run, it may easier just to nuke the bad config and
start fresh by redoing any customizations you've made (OO should create
a default config if it can't find the one you renamed).
