Not even.  There's been a very well-organized and concerted effort to 
"Google-bomb" SCO in order to associate hits on the search terms 
"litigious bastards".  This has been a grass-roots campaign and Google has 
had nothing actual to do with it other than simply listing the highest 
hits.  People use the metatags on their webpages to include "litigious 
bastards", "SCO", "Santa Cruz Operation", and "The SCO Group."  Get enough 
of them, and soon, lookup "litigious bastards," and there you are.
