But I feel the need to contest your point here.  Just because they do
not show up on google only means:

1) They do not post to any mailing lists that are publically archived
(not a requirement in my book to be "in IT").
2) They don't have a personal web page
3) They are not important enough in a large corpoartion to be listed on
their public web page. (quite common given an organization the size of S.O.M.
or The Dow Cemical Company)

I personally do NOT meet Criteria #1, thus the 5,000+ results...
