anything that isn't word, and actually handles RTF files in a decent 
way.  Here at the newspaper, it's critical to have things that Just 
Work (tm) as we don't have time to monkey around with crap from M$ 
word. I can't tell you how much work and time has been lost due to Word 
interpreting the intent of a person wrongly. Of course, then again, 99% 
of all computer errors occur between the chair and the keyboard, but 
having an app that's more straightforward cuts down on such errors.
