More great learning fun from Suse to come. Anyway did some online updates
Tuesday evenig for Suse (the ones from yast) and I was able to break some
neat stuff first the onboard network decided to call it day, but thanks to
Bruces help I was able to breath life back into it, as the stars and
planets aligned with the oceans tide. It has been working great and I
burned up the net. then I made the mistake of logging out... This morning
went to log in and got this message "prefence files in use etc..." clicked
ok and then came up with this message "Please contact sys admin resolve
following problem:
Could not resolve address
"xml:readonly:/etc/opt/gnome/gconf/gconf.xml.mandatory" in the config file
"/etc/opt/gnome/gconf/2/path": couldn't resolve address for config source:
can't read from or write to the XML root directory in the address
"xml:readonly:/etc/opt/gnome/gconf.xml.mandatory"

Mucked around in path via vi and had Adam look at it as well no go though.

Thoughts, Hail Marys, ideas, rants, flames all welcome
