Good stuff! :-)

> Bruce, are you still using comodo.net for your certificates?

Yes. I use it on my company's email server for the web interface.

The only problem I've found is I can't seem to make it work right with
secure IMAP, it always gives some warning when clients connect. There
is probably something I have setup wrong. Anyone?

> Is anyone using thawte?

Yes, I use it on my company's web (e-commerce) server.
I would switch to comodo, but it'd cost us more to have our web
designer switch the logo, than the savings on the cert. :-/

I haven't done much with secure email, so I can't lend any advice.
