There is if I right click on the link to the file. The problem is that
the page with the link is only there for split second before the page
start an auto download. At that point Konqueror seems to cease to be a
web browser and is instead a file browser as if it were a local file,
which apparently wouldn't need a save as.

If I attempt to "save link as" before Konqueror realizes and switches to
file explorer mode, it causes Konqueror to crash.

I would like to turn of this "file explorer" mode when I running a web
browser. Its like MS file explorer/IE all over again.
