[KLUG Members] Help! Konqueror driving me nuts

In GNOME browsers there is "Save Link As..." which does a traditional
file widget save, and a "Download" which downloads to a folder on the
desktop and does a mime-type appropriate open.  I'd assume similair
functionality is on the Konq menu somewhere.
