Well, do I have problems after upgrading RH9 to Fedora 2.
I can't get xinit, startx, xfce, etc. to work since I do not have
permission to use the X drivers. Before I could give the command
xhost +
as 'deal', the login name, and everyone had access to Xwindows.
I don't know how to setup that permission. I tried xauth which has an
'add' command but I don't know how to specify a new .Xauthority entry.

The internet via DSL works fine, other than the absence of Xwindows.
Should I be learning more about X.org? The Xwindow system is apparently
now of x.org origin.

The script that I used to use, invoking insmod on various modules, to wet
up my parallel port zip drive no longer works, the specified modules no
longer being recognized.

Apropos gives NO information. Initially I could not use man to obtain
manual files but that is working now for some reason.

I have to use chroot /mnt/sysimage to get into the directory structure I
know.

I don't know how to play mp3 files (no xmms with no xwindows).

If I can't get these problems, primarily graphic, working, I'll have to
try to "update" to RH9 again.

Hopefully someone else will have tried to update RH9 to Fedora 2 as did
Bruce Smith with Fedora 1 and can help out...

	Anxiously awaiting some suggestions, Ralph
