Please Help!

I have a Redhat box with a working MySQL installation:
MySQL-devel-4.0.13.0
MySQL-client-4.0.13.0
MySQL-server-4.0.13.0

I have installed MySQL ODBC 3.51 on a Windows XP box.

I make a DNS configuration and test.  It replies:
MySQL ODBC 3.51 Driver, Version: 03.51.07

"[MySQL][ODBC 3.51 Driver] Host '192.168.1.67' is not allowed to connect
to this MySQL server."
