I can understand not cross posting to multiple klug lists (ie 
programming and general) but do not see why it should be such a problem 
to go cross lug lists.  It is a bit different than the issue of crossing 
multiple list on the same lug or on multiple lists on say nntp.  
Although I do not think it is an issue for civil disobedience, I think 
it should be reviewed. 

P.S. I think the next time someone brings up the issue of top posting, 
bottom posting, etc... they should be dipped in botox.....
