People hit reply, generate messages to lists they ain't subscribed to;
these messages get held for review, etc...  This generates more work for
the list managers/maintainers.

I don't much care if people top, bottom, or sideways post; just so long
as they clean up the not relevant crap so people don't have to scroll
(up or down) through lots of redundant signatures or white space.
