I have a client with an FTP server. Their client have unique usernames 
and passwords. When they login to the server it puts them all in the 
same directory and they can change to anywhere else. They have only 
write permissions so they can't get other's files.

They now want the data to be encrypted.

I looked at using SSH/WinSCP to replace this but I can't seem to setup 
the same restrictions. The users can browse anywhere everyone has read to.

Does anyone have any pointers on what software to use or how to 
configure secure ftp?
