[KLUG Members] OSS/FS License Compatibility

Is there any suggested forums that discuss compatibility between various OSS/FS
licenses?

Basically I have run into a CPL vs GPL wall... need to come up with a C++ GUI
library which is both CPL and GPL compatible... or use two different ones, or
or or.... yee haa fun. So while shopping for code libraries I have run into
legal complications that seem to be greatly restricting options and I need to
sort out what does and does not work.
