It was a real pain the first time I tried to install it.  (pre SuSE)
Since then it's gotten much easier, but still takes some manual work.

SuSE comes with the ndiswrapper software (RPM).  Install it.
You will also need some files from the Windows side.
(it is a "wrapper" around the Windows NDIS network driver, so
you will need those DLL files - see ndiswrapper instructions).

Next find the home page of ndiswrapper and follow the instructions.
See how far you get.  That the best I can remember off the top of
my head without actually reading the instructions again myself.
