I looked into that but all is well with temp space, permissions and location.
This only happens when loading the file using a link to the file, not the actual file itself.
One thing I noticed is that when I open the file by clicking on it (the file) and then do a "save as" is shows the filename and location as a starting point. When I do that after I loaded the file via the symlink it defaults to the link and not the file. Is that a clue? I don't know.
