[KLUG Members] Form Letters in Evolution

I want to create a response "form" letter to reply to some emails, but
don't see how or where to create one. I can save an email as a "draft"
in the Drafts folder, but those seem to be just temporary documents
which get deleted once the final version is sent out. I could also right
click an email in my Sent folder and select "Edit as New", but I'd
rather not rely on THAT folder to hold forms when it gets everything
else I've sent as well. Unfortunately, it seems to be the ONLY folder
where I can USE the Edit as New option. Does anyone know if Evolution
has SOME special folder or other means of creating reusable form emails
or templates?
