SuSe 9.3 comes with both PPTP and OpenVPN VPN support;  but you may have
to get the packages from ftp://ftp.suse.com

Honestly, the easiest thing to do is buy the SuSe DVD (if you can find
one,  Best Buy seems to have dropped it).
