Teh FTP version for SUSE 9.3 isn't ready yet. If you read the readme in
the 9.3 directory it states they are working on it. The FTP is corrently
for people using the 9.2 CDs. They couldn't fit everything from the DVD
on the CDs so they have a download for the rest of the packages.

The readme will change when the FTP version is ready.
