Now there is a topic for a presentation!  DFS always looked cool, but
I've been afraid to fly into another M$-storm given the grief that
TSE2003 and XPsp2 have both given me lately.

Aren't network places just shortcuts?  Maybe you can create them via
shortcut.exe
