perfect for me. the machine I'm working with is a 300 Mhz AMD K6-2 I 
bought at Goodwill for a whole whopping $4 (and, yes, it still runs).

whether or not it'll boot from it's USB interface is another thing.

I don't need this thing to last me for THAT long, so I'm thinking that 
I'll just run with the HD that's in it, and when that dies, get a used 
one for a few bucks. It's either replacing the HD or replacing the 
CD-ROM drive (i don't think I wanna put the money into it for flash 
yet, or ever...)

I'll guess I'll steer clear of trying to get a wireless card running in 
that box, and just go with a cheap AP to plug into it.
