I've used Bluefish. I like it. The issue I have with it is it's NOT a 
WYSIWYG. You can't drop objects on like you can is Dream Weaver. The 
ONLY way to see it is to open it in a browser. It's just a fancy editor. 
You still have to type the code in. There aren't dialogs for objects. 
You still have to remember all the tags you want to use.
